Who is collecting your personal data?
Your personal information stored securely in our cloud-based recruitment software called Firefish. Your data is collected by our recruitment team to whom you communicate to and are communicated from. Your data is not collected by any other organisation.
What data is being collected?
There is no other data being collected other than the data you have full access to through our jobs page, your portal using your email and password that you’ve set. You can access this at any time and request a forgotten password.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?
As a recruitment support agency, we collect your information to support you in developing your career by presenting job opportunities to you based on your criteria. When we collect your information, this may come from any of the following sources:

Candidates
Clients

The Public Domain

In any event, when The Restaurant Recruiter registers any information about you into our recruitment software, you will receive an immediate email with our Login details. You can then review this information, update or even delete.
Will the data be shared with any third parties and how will it be used?
We only share your personal data with clients that we have discussed with you. These clients are typically within the hospitality sector and they are clients that you have shown direct interest in. When we do share information with our clients, this would typically not include your personal details like contact number, email address, home address. Furthermore, you will receive an immediate email affirming that we have shared your details with a client and what the next steps are. You are able to see all these actions within your personal login portal through our jobs page.
How long will the data be stored for and what rights do I have to control my personal data?
If we have not had any contact with you within 24 months we will delete your profile and personal details. You can review, amend and delete your details at any time through our jobs page using your login details.
How can a candidate or client raise a complaint?
You can raise a complaint directly through the email contact form on our website or through any other form of communication that you have received from us. We will be back in touch as a matter of urgency
