Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are offering 35K-40K salary per year in a large restaurant and cocktail bar.
We are looking for an accomplished leader with previous restaurant management experience in a known high street brand.
You would have experience in leading teams of +50 in a very busy, fast paced restaurant and cocktail bar. THE OPPORTUNITY:
We may have a few opportunities to discuss, however this particular role is located in central Birmingham.
Fast-paced, restaurant and cocktail bar supporting a large team of over +100 hospitality professionals.
The FOH team are all full time career professionals and you would be a part of a well supported leadership team, big-hearted and values-led.
The brand is independently owned and has x13 restaurants and bars located in Lodnon, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh and offer an incredible career development path.
